Diablo 3 - RoS not loading/black screen.

I recieved D3 - RoS today as a gift. Tried playing it several times.

First time, I managed to get to play, went in to the first cave in Act 5 and it froze. Second time, froze at the character screen. Third, fourth, and fifth times, as soon as I pressed the game to play - nothing but a black screen. Is anyone else having this
problem, and is there anything I can do so I can play the game?

HELP: how to transfer save file on xbox 360? Deleted offline account. Save file useless?

Each save file is tied to a profile and it cannot be recovered without the original profile present.



The original Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls are two different games. The save files are incompatible without transferring the data within the game (transfer from Diablo 3 into ROS).



However, the process is not reversible (i.e. you cannot transfer characters from ROS into Diablo 3).



Therefore, unless you still have the original Diablo 3 disk, your save will not be usable.

Multiplayer problem!

I have the Reaper of Souls edition for the Xbox One as does my brother. When he tries to join my game, it says there is an error and will not let him join. When I attempt to join his game, it takes me to an infinite loading screen. Both our NAT settings
are open. We have no problems joining and playing any of the other games we have. Just Diablo 3 ROS.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Has anyone found a solution?

 

Go to your Xbox system settings.

Go to storage (or memory)

Highlight any of your storage devices(but don't click on it)

Hit Y

And clear system cache

Do this about three times
