No, its only "bundle".. On PC its easy to drop patch with a few GB of data and just update like this. On console thats not possible.

Its way to much changes in the game for it to be a seperat DLC. So its only "Ultimate Evil Edition", but you can sell your Diablo 3 classic - not that many will buy it imo =/

And you dont have to buy it again, even if it was a just a expansion the price would be the same, cuase money is money Only diffrent is that you iwll have 1 extra game in your drawer/bookshelf thats not gonna get played =)

 

It's possible that I won't be getting the RoS expansion version of D3 (I have it on PC and other reasons) so I am hoping they will still support the original version like getting rid of modded items and bug fixes.

Okay, Wait a minute... I know it's coming august 19th... but I just read the most recent comments and this:

Has me a little agitated. There are folks who can't sell their versions... why? They purchased a digital version of the game. This means those folks now have to purchase an entire second game. Which would mean... YES A PERSON DOES HAVE TO BUY THE GAME A
SECOND TIME. And that's bogus. Poor marketing.

And a person can't say it's too many changes to patch since in the last 2-3 months my version of Diablo three has stopped me upon loading and updated at least 2-3 times. Changing Loot systems, Paragon leveling systems and more. Having some amount of programming
knowledge these generally aren't one or two line patches. Neither is most DLC anymore, so I'm not going to accept this as an answer.

Truthfully I would still pay a second $60, since I got every red cent out of the first $60 I paid for the V.01 D3. Both my girlfriend and I did. But will I be happy about it? No. Not when I shouldn't be paying that much. i should not be forced into this
just because I enjoyed your first product...

Okay I'm done venting. I feel better now. Besides August is like 2 months away, and on top of that a Digital version will eventually hit the marketplace, and probably replace the current D3... much the same as Dragon's Dogma / Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen.
So this is all really just a moot point.

D3 UEE for xbox 360 and ps3 will be $30 in retrospect of possible gamers already owning it. Its the ps4 and xbox one editions that will be a full $60.

 

I so can't wait for August 19 so counting down the days tell I get RoS Ultimate Evil Edition so so so happy

Diablo 3 Ultimate Evil Edition will be on disc because instead of releasing a DLC, Blizzard will combine Act 5 along with all of the new stuff with everything from Diablo 3 Classic

It doesn't sound like it is going to available for digital download from what Lei Fang DOAX3 said.

 

It will be for download. Just not DLC (DLC = download content for old game)

Mean you need to buy Diablo Ultimate Evil Edition even if you have the normal Diablo 3

For ps3/ps4 it will be able to pre-download @ 18aug what I read, so maybe for xbox too
