Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls Digital Download Wont update/play

I purchased the D3: RoS game on XBox One last night and went to play this morning but it says:

"Update in Progress - An update for this game or app needs your attention. Go to your games and apps to see what it needs - Close"

I go to the Games/Apps section and theres nothing in there queued up or queued to download, Its on the HDD as it shows up with the other games I've got installed but doesnt seem to have any way to force or check for updates.

Not sure what else to do, I dont want to un-install it and re-download the 25GB again.

Any help would be appreciated.

failure on the downl the game Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls on Xbox LIve gold

made the purchase of the game Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls on Xbox LIve gold, however, the download is always stopped at 26%, appearing the following mensege: "Could not download Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls", already downloaded other games after him and presented
no problems. Any solution to this problem?

Edit: I found somewhere to do a cold reboot or powercycle by unplugging power for a short while on the xbox and boot back up.

This worked to a point then all that happens now is the game is in the queue but says "installing" then stops and goes back to "Queued". and wont even progress to installing... then eventually says "Installation Stopped!"

Guess Im a step closer but it wont go any further.

"INSTALLATION STOPPED!" - gets annoying after a while!... Well I have a new Xbox One console and so far I've downloaded Titanfall and a few demos without any issue. HOWEVER, FORZA 5 is a different story. When I try to download the digital copy it doesn't
get past "queued" and eventually just say "INSTALLATION STOPPED!". I have the same deal with the disc copy when it reaches the point where it needs to download the update - "INSTALLATION STOPOPED!". I had a long chat with a guy on Xbox Support and I've tried
everything from powering off for a few minutes to clearing persistent storage and doing what I was asked to do with the "alternate Mac address" (whatever that is lol.) I was eventually told to contact the Forza 5 people who I haven't got through to yet, which
sucks. My main reason for buying an Xbox One was to play Forza 5 so if this carries on for much longer I'm reluctantly going to have to put the console on eBay and just stick with my PS4 (which, incidentally has never had any issues.)
