Diablo 3 Lost Save

Yesterday I try to play Diablo 3 on my Xbox One. When I start the game a message apear saying that the game don't find any save file. What can I do now?

Diablo 3 lost saves

I tried logging into my character today which I had just played this morning..level 70. Everything is gone. Character..etc. But Xbox still has my recorded achievements from this morning. Give me my stuff back! No reason for this. It was linked via battlenet
and Xbox . no excuse for this

Try logging out and logging back in. If that doesn't work then try removing your profile and re-downloading it. Let us know. Good Luck!

It didn't change anything all my saves are still gone. I remember that when I last start the game I try to play with someone so I start the game and all my stuff was there and when I connect the player 2 with a guess profil and try to go back to the game
all was gone. Also happy to see that the game hub say that I played more than 5 days 8h 22 min on this game so happy right now!

Live, PlayStation Network, or Nintendo for
assistance in recovering data from cloud storage.

Theoretically speaking, this is how it would work...

(1) On the Xbox 360, you "move" the Diablo 3 Classic save file data to the Cloud or Flash Drive.

(2) You "move" the Diablo 3 Classic save file data from the cloud or Flash Drive to the Xbox One HDD.

(3) The game detects the Diablo 3 save file data from the Xbox One HDD and then converts it to Diablo 3 Ultimate Evil Edition save file data.

(4) You can now play Diablo 3 Ultimate Evil Edition on the Xbox One

Note: Theoritically speaking, since the save file date that is going to be converted is directly linked to the Gamertag that is currently active, inactive Gamertags will not be affected & should still be usable with Diabl0 3 Classic. Save file data that
has been converted into Diablo 3 Ultimate Evil Edition will not be compatible at all with Diablo 3 Classic.
