Diablo 3 - is it Garbage?

Hey y'all, posting trying to find a resolution to a situation.

We have an Xbox one x. And Diablo 3 RoS with necro.

Since Friday Jan 18. We got our box back from service for a replacement hard drive -
Never had issues before this with over a month of playing before the hard drive failed.
We have had intermittent crash issues but only with Diablo 3 . The game will close and jump back to dashboard.

We have factory restored, cleared persistent storage, reinstalled, purchased Digital copy and reinstalled , formatted... Every possible option that I can think about . . .

Can y'all suggest any other possible remedies or trouble shooting steps?

MS tech seems to have run out of options.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated, Thanks in advance!

From what you have described, it may well be a hardware problem ...

Uodate - after doing the power off for 8 sefonds then unplugging for 5 minutes, now FIFA 17 crashes also. Will be contacting for repair.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console. If that doesn't help try uninstalling/reinstalling the game.
