Diablo 3/Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls lost in game challenges/triumphs issue!

So I spent about 3 weeks working my way through all the challenges/triumphs (viewed from the pause menu) on Diablo 3 (Vanilla). I only had a handful left to do and my paycheck came in so I went out and bought Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls.

I loaded up ROS and went to look at my challenges/triumphs to find out what I had to do next and I found that I had lost most of my progress. I looked online and found that no one else had had this exact problem but others had lost items, money and characters.
So I went through all my stuff and found that I still had all my items, money and characters - it was only my in game challenges/triumphs missing!

I attempted to contact Blizzard but got sent to Microsoft. I spent around an hour talking to Microsoft and they sent me to Blizzard saying that they thought it might be a Blizzard Server issue, as my console and profile are all working perfectly and Diablo
3 is the only game affected by any mysterious changes. After speaking to Blizzard they said that I was the first person to have reported this issue and they don't have a fix and they have asked me to write about the issue on their forums and Microsoft's forum
to help attempt to get a quicker fix.

Has anyone else had this problem and not reported it or knows of anything that might help and fix my game!?

made the purchase of the game Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls on Xbox LIve gold, however, the download is always stopped at 26%, appearing the following mensege: "Could not download Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls", already downloaded other games after him and presented
no problems. Any solution to this problem?

I too have this same problem. I just loaded it and it wanted to know where my old account for Diablo 3 saves were and I told it the hard drive. It loaded everything except it seriously put me back to a level 7 wizard to which I was a paragon 7. It took
most all my gold and only left me with 100,000. I have my jewels but they are lower leveled. Its as if it took an old save and used it instead of the latest save. I wonder if there is a way to do the process again and see if it takes the higher one next
time. HELP XBOX MICROSOFT and BLIZZARD. I would like to start playing this but with my own stuff from game saves. So, yes I have had this issue since the 26th of October. Any help to allow me to move over my stuff from D3V into D3ROS will be appreciated
and I can continue conquering the universes. ^0_0^
