Diablo 3 act 2 shadows in the desert problem!

Hello everyone

i was playing Diablo 3 with no problem at all and then on act 2 first quest: shadows in the desert the game started to lose its sounds. i tried to restart my console and now the game wont load anymore... its stuck on loading screen and then the console freezes...
i tried the troubleshoot guide mentioned here .. i cleared my cache 3 consecutive times and it worked.. and then i went to work...came back .. tried to play again and the issue popped up again.. i tried to find market data cache on my console and i just cant
find it on my console anywhere..also i bought another game DVD and nothing happened

please help..this thing is frustrating !!!

Achievements didn't unlock

Are you sure you were playing on Normal and not Easy? For the Act 2 Achievement, are you sure you completed all the Quests?

The Act II quests are:

Shadows in the Desert

The Road to Alcarnus

City of Blood

A Royal Audience

Unexpected Allies

Betrayer of the Horadrim

Blood and Sand

The Black Soulstone

The Scouring of Caldeum

Lord of Lies

I also encountered a problem on Diablo 3 vanilla in Act 4 where the barrier that the boss placed up didn't open after he died.

..........

Again, simply re-starting the Act / chapter fixed it

..........

Which troubleshooting steps have you tried already? Please be as specific as you can.

Is this the Disc version of Diablo 3?

Are you able to play other games on your console (disc games and downloaded games) without issue?

here is what i did

i tried clearing my cache 3 times in a row... then i deleted my profile and re downloaded again .....i replaced my Diablo CD ( it is the CD version )

i can play all of my games with no problem at all
