    Diablo 3 account content missing


    I have had Diablo 3 on the PC since it released, and have also previously owned it on PS4, in both cases all my Battle.net feats of strength and additional content appeared, for example the closed beta sigil, my Tyrael wings from my PC collectors edition etc... and many more like Blizzcons, promotions, and other Blizzard games that gave me cosmetics in D3, these all are showing on both my PC and previously until i swapped to xbox on my PS4 version, but not on my x-box version, I at first contacted Blizzard support and they said they are unfortunatly unable to assist and I had to contact X-Box support, the automated options are sadly a nightmare and i could get no help for this, can anyone suggest where i can go to get this fixed, to throw a spanner in the works, some of my feats of strength like the collectors edition sigil and the overwatch wings did show up, and i just checked and the necromancer wings and pet show up in the PC version even though i only own it on xbox.

    Hello Robert.Copping, although i have contacted xbox support previously i suggest you do again, this because this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and neither your account, so we can not check which items are linked to your account or not.

    To effectively clarify this issue, you need to contact Microsoft support directly via chat.

    Diablo 3 Ultimate Evil Edition has more content than Diablo 3 vanilla, but I prefer the set of rules that Diablo 3 vanilla uses.

    I can't download ultimate content for Diablo Iv.

    AA you been told already it's not a seperate download its linked to your Battlenet account NOT a seperate download

    For the individual games you must have an battlenet accounr that same as your Diablo 4 account for the WoW and immortal and Diablo 3 content

    The other content is accessed later as mentioned in act 4 or season which hasn't started yet
