Diablo 3 360 Migration Question

I played Diablo 3 for the 360 and completed the game but deleted my saves and traded it in after I was finished with it. I also traded in my 360 for the xbox one and bought a used 360 about a couple of months ago. Is it still possible to get my saves to
transfer over Ben though I don't own the game for the 360 anymore? It should be saved to my account but it keeps saying that there is no data. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The save files that are transfered to Diablo 3 Ultimate Evil Edition will not permit the migration of Modded Stuff

What happends after that is anybody's guess...

Diablo 3 Upgrade, Yay or Nay?

So I'm getting my X1 this weekend. I'm keeping my 360 and all my games. I play the shit out of Diablo 3. I will probably continue to do so either way. My question is, should upgrade to the X1 version of Diablo 3?

 

Only if you Exported your save from the 360 will you be able to Import it to the Xbox one version. By what your saying that you deleted your saves on the 360, there wouldn't be anything to export. I think you will have to start from scratch.
