dGPU Fantasy

I have to ask: How do people still believe there is a magical dGPU in the Xbox one that will show up eventually? Albert Penello said there was no dGPU. We have mister x media declaring there is a dGPU. I've found another blog from this Wednesday stating
that Wolfenstein reaching 1080p 60fps is because the dGPU of the Xbox one is starting to show itself. Do people think Mr. Penello is lying so people believe the Xbox one appears less powerful then it is? I'm trying to be an educated consumer so that when
I can afford a new gaming system, I know what best suits my needs. But people piling on *** this thick bothers me.

What it tells me is the rumor of a 2nd dgpu is just that.

 

The same way people believe the PS4 is 50% more powerful, the same way people believe kinect spies on you, people are stupid

 

No but the X1 is powerful. Dev just Igot get used to the hardware. PS4 is a little bit more powerful but not much. PS4 is really easy to develop for, X1 less easy.

 

Buy the system that works best for you and serves your needs. If it winds up having a little more power than expected, great! If not at least you purchased the system which fits your needs the best. I have doubt's as to whether or not the X1 has anything
hidden under the hood. If you look at it, what would be the benefit of hiding unknown hardware this late after launch? What could Sony possibly do to change the PS4? It makes no sense.

 

I didn't say the X1 wasn't powerful. Just that it doesn't contain secret tech that Microsoft has already said doesn't exist. It's just weird as I've seen people I thought were rational touting the dGPU, instead of better development tools accounting for
better games.

 

i've looked through Mister X Media, and some of the pictures have gotten me wondering, but then i come back to my senses and think that if it was all true, why hide it? what is the point of letting people think the X1 is less powerful? it's not like Sony
can change their hardware now, so why let people continue to think that and lose possible sales to the more powerful console, makes no sense.

so for me, it does sound like fantasy.

 

I can buy a Fiat 500 and it will do the job, bit I can get a fiat 500 abarth and it goes a whole lot faster.

 

Has Mister X media ever predicted anything correctly? I remember him stating that BF4 would be getting a 1080P patch on release day. As far as I know this hasn't happened yet.

 

He's not the only one talking about the dGPU though.

I'm pretty sure it'll play games , so as a gaming console it should fit peoples needs that want to play games.
