Devkit activation fails.

This is Ryan from KRAFTON HQ in Korea.

We purchased an Xbox Series X devkit in April, and when we received it and tried to use it, we kept getting Activation Failed.

The exact error code is 8015963D.

The message says to allow the IP, but it is a NAT IP that is already allowed.

I am the global administrator of the tenant, but when I try to activate with the QR code on the device, I get the error.

How can I resolve this?
