Devil May Cry 5 - Alternate appearance

Recently, I pre-ordered Devil may cry 5, with that comes the alternate skin pack for heroes, however, whenever I download this addon or try to reinstall, it does not come up with a "Ready to start" notification and it seems to skip part of the installation,
from around 60% to 100%, and when I access the game, the addon is nowhere to be seen, can anyone tell me whats wrong?

My suggestion is that you change the region of your console to reinstall the game completely, including all dlcs, a region that has the same language as yours, there may be a problem with your region.

the same thing has happened to me and I tried deleting the game and add on but when I installed I could not access to the skins even after mission 2

I haven't tried the game, but is it possible the alternate appearances might be locked in-game until a certain point?

Sorry to hear about your issue. Try uninstalling the app, clearing your local saved cache, and doing a power cycle of the Xbox. Hold the power button on the console for 8-10 seconds or until it turns off. Unplug the power cable and wait 1-2 minutes.
Plug everything back in and re-install the app.
