Discus and support Devil May Cry 4 pre order problem in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So I pre ordered DMC 4 Sprecial edition the day it was launched on the store for the DLC costumes pack and then it was taken down.     Devil May Cry 4 pre order problem


    So I pre ordered DMC 4 Sprecial edition the day it was launched on the store for the DLC costumes pack and then it was taken down. Now its back up but there are two download options, a regular and a bundle.

    The problem is that the bundle isn't showing up as purchased and I dont think I got the bonus costumes DLC pack.... help please!

    Sorry to hear it. What you should do here though is contact phone support for more assistance as this sounds like a billing issue.

    I just messaged xbox support and they said everything is good with my account and everything should work out fine when the game comes out. Might just be a glitch that came up from taking it down and reposting the game on the store

    I paid for DMC4 SE & it kept telling me that I'm too early even though it's 1 am est so I Uninstaller & tried to install it again but it only says pin to home for the game but it allowed me to reinstall the bonus content for Trish & Lady!!!! WHAT'S GOING
    ON??!!!
