Devices listed more than 1x

Discus and support Devices listed more than 1x in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I noticed that under the devices that Xbox One is listed 4x. All with different Serial #s?     I noticed that under the devices that Xbox One is listed 4x. All with different Serial #s? We only have one Xbox One device. Is this an issue? Should I delete them?

    Could be a bug, check your real xbox serial code, then keep only that or put on a note if you dont want to delete the rest of the others.

    Thanks for reaching out to us! If you're noticing other Xbox One consoles listed other than your own, then you may delete them if you wish. Any time you log your Xbox profile into a different console, it will list off the device as a trusted one on your
    profile.

    I hope this clears things up and helps out!

    Problem with Xbox ONE Wireless Controller in NBA 2K22, 2K21 etc

    Have you ever had any other gamepad on your computer? Does it show on the device manager?

    Also, please check if there is more than one controller added on your computer. Press Windows + I. Go to Devices. On Bluetooth & other devices, check for your controller on Other devices. If there is more than one listed, please delete the wrong one.
