    I have an official Xbox One wireless controller with a rechargable battery pack that I always keep at full charge. I have a Turtle Beach stealth 600 wireless headset that I also keep fully charged. I have an Xbox One X console where these 2 devices are paired
    up with but for some reason lately they have been randomly unpairing from the Xbox and it seems to be happening more frequently now, so much so that I couldnt even get them to pair back up so I just turned off my Xbox. This is not something that should be
    happening as my devices are relatively new as is my console. It must be an issue in the firmware that needs an immediate update. I don't want anyone to give me those typical quick fixes that will last me an hour I want a permanent fix from Xbox.

    Also ive had problems with my controllers randomly unpairing from my xbox and not wanting to pair back up. I had to switch controllers and when i swap back later it works again.

    Xbox wireless controller pairing

    Hi All.

    My xbox controller keeps unpairing itself from the receiver after sitting around awhile. I get flashing lights around the power button and simply pressing the pairing button does not work-- the lights just spin around the power button. I can get it to
    work again if I disable / re-enable the driver in the device manager (I am using the Xbox Wireless receiver driver that needs to be manually selected).

    I did try turning off the power management for the USB ports, but that did not fix the problem. I'm running Windows 8.1 if that matters.

    You can unpair bluetooth devices on your phone and Xbox settings.

    Unpair your device and then re-pair it with the PC then see if it makes a difference.

    Hi Petra, my name is Rodrigo. I'm an Independent Advisor and a member of the Microsoft community and I'd love to assist you today. I am sorry to hear that. Have you tried to unpair it via the system menu? Press the Xbox Guide Button > Settings > Devices & Connections > Controllers & Headsets.
    I don’t know why people keep suggesting that.

    It is not an option to unpair anything in that menu.

    And “holding the sync button for 10 seconds until it vibrates” does not happen either.
