device support website not responding

Discus and support device support website not responding in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have been trying to do a repair service for my xbox360 and even though it is eligible I clicked on continue and it does not move on to the next part...     I have been trying to do a repair service for my xbox360 and even though it is eligible I clicked on continue and it does not move on to the next part it just loads and returns me back even though I entered the right details is the website having an error
    then please fix this

    Xbox One Guide devices are not responding

    I have noticed for about a week now that when I turn off my xbox my tv does not shut off, when I tell Cortana to turn my xbox on, I have to use my tv remote to turn it on and off. My cable is not working as well, when I tell Cortana to watch a channel she
    say sorry I can't do that right now try again later. I have power cycle, unplugged tv and cable (hdmi cables as well from xbox), plugged everything back in and get nothing. When I go to set up tv, I put in my brand and it want to send a mute command to the
    TV and it doesn't mute the tv at all, or raise the volume up or down nothing. Is anyone else getting this problem, or does anyone know how to fix this? I have reported the problem on xbox as well.

    Unfortunately the Xbox One currently doesn't support streaming from a Zune or other USB devices at this time.

    To play media from your PC to Xbox One:

    Make sure you have downloaded the Xbox Video app for your Xbox One. Once download complete, make you to open the app too.

    Then load Windows Media Player (11 or higher) on your PC, find the movie (may work with music too) you want to play, right click on the movie/music and select "Play to"->Xbox video.

    That worked partially, I was able to enable sharing with my console but I don't see any option to play my music to my One, and I do have media player 11.. I even went into the file location and the only options I get for the songs are to play with the media
    player or to open them with the various music software I have on my computer.
