    Device Support isn't working


    The day happened and my 360 got the red ring of death. I want it to be repaired but for some reason the device support stopps working when I want to continue after selecting the problem type(3 Flashing red lights on front of console )

    What can I do?

    Xbox One S and Official Stereo Headset Adapter not recognized

    After a tech support chat session with Microsoft I returned the device and requested a replacement. The replacement is now working fine. It appears that my first device was dead on arrival. That is disappointing for a brand new device that arrived in sealed
    box. So bottom line, if yours isn't working, try another controller, and if that doesn't fix the issue request a replacement.

    At this time there isn't any info or a list of supported devices. Maybe they will share more information about this topic during the week or we just have to wait until launch on how exactly this will work or what models are supported.

    Unfortunately the Xbox One currently doesn't support streaming from a Zune or other USB devices at this time.

    To play media from your PC to Xbox One:

    Make sure you have downloaded the Xbox Video app for your Xbox One. Once download complete, make you to open the app too.

    Then load Windows Media Player (11 or higher) on your PC, find the movie (may work with music too) you want to play, right click on the movie/music and select "Play to"->Xbox video.
