    My Xbox Series X was marked on the shipping label as one number off and was returned to the shipping facility 4 days before I was notified the address was wrong in the first place, I contacted UPS and they said it was out of their hands since they took it back to the sender. I tried customer support and was stuck on the automated assistant so now this has been a costly tirade with no end goal in sight

    Please contact Microsoft Xbox Support as soon as possible as they have the tools and resources to rectify your device service order shipping address. Here's how:

    Using this link: https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/contact-us/

    Step 1 ----select Xbox One

    Step 2 ----select see more options then subscription changes

    Step 3-----select show contact options

    Step 4 ----select request a call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives a request a call from support as a contact option.

    If the callback feature doesn't work, you may reach out to their Xbox Chat Support:

    1. Visit the Xbox Support website: https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/contact-us/

    2. Click on the "Contact Us" button in the right of the screen.

    3. Select the issue you need help with and click on the "Next" option.

    4. Sign in to your Microsoft account.

    I have the same issue. They never even confirmed where I wanted my xbox shipped to. I already had my current address listed with 2 other forms of payment. I changed the address in my profile before shipping and I called them and they said they would cancel the order and re ship to correct address. But they did nothing. Its a shame a multi billion dollar company cannot get it together. This type of thing has been happening for dec ades with them. I may switch to playstation. And I love xbox but good luck

    From Microsoft side is not possible to change delivery address for security reasons

    Usually when that happens you need to contact the carrier or let them know / ask to leave the package in the closest office

    Need help with controller replacement

    When I go through that it says my controller isn’t register and to go through Microsoft devices and register it, which it is.

    But the live chat then says it’s not in warranty, though I still got about a year left on it.

    Then creating a form on Microsoft doesn’t let you select a shipping address as the website is bugged and says add new shipping address. When you enter a new address then press save it goes straight back to the same page saying add new shipping address.

    I had a terrible experience with Xbox Support when replacing my power supply. It took nearly a month to get it back and I had to pay for shipping. Every time I talked to a CSR I would get a different answer about how long it should take. The first CSR said
    it would be 2 weeks max. Also, they shipped it to the wrong address and they even knew it was the wrong address weeks before they shipped it since I caught their error while finding out what was taking them so long to ship it back. The replacement works well
    so far though, so that's good.
