Device Services Error

I have an issue with my Elite controller, and I'm trying to register the device via the device service and repair site, to check the warranty and possibly to send off for a replacement. Every time I enter my country, the brand and the serial number of the
device, I get the following error message:

We’re sorry, but something went wrong on our end. Please try again later. (4Md2WiWbOEyurAMV.20)

Note: The error code varies with each attempt, and this happens no matter what I type into the serial number bar.
I've received this same error message every time I've tried to register my device this way. I've tried multiple devices and browsers, and I'm out of ideas.

You should receive an email once the device is finished being processed. You can always Contact Xbox Customer Support to see if they have more information or details regarding
your order.

i sent my Xbox for repair through UPS to Microsoft center at Toronto

it says it has been delivered and received

but on the repair service order page it the (your package has arrived ) progress bar

is not green yet

how long will it take for it to update

You can't register controllers. You will need to original receipt. The warranty is typically 90 days unless you live in a region where it is longer due to local laws. You will need to contact support directly for assistance with that. Contact Us | Xbox Support

Hi Trozza,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We are sorry for the issue with creating a repair. You can request a call from support. They will be able to assist in setting up a repair.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

I bought it from third party seller

I live in israel

i bought the controller in my country
I have tried to use different wifi networks/device and still got the same issue

i tired to use different wifi networks/device/browsers.

Please answer the following questions to assist you properly:

Where did you purchased the controller?
Directly from Microsoft or did you used a third party seller?
Also, where are you physically located?
The controller was purchased in your current location or in another country?

Did you tried using a completely different WiFi network or device to see if the issue persist?

Or what did you tried so far to fix this problem
In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed
