Device Service & Repair - Xbox controller - Can't Complete Order

I have the same issue. Has it been resolved. I have not been able to contact Microsoft for months and my item is now out of warranty

Unfortunately, the problem persists. I have tried the Microsoft Edge brower, Firefox and Brave.

Yes, it should. Give it a few days and also try on Microsoft Edge browser as well. If you still can't get through in a couple of days then it will be time to escalate to support.

I'm still waiting for it to get sent back but It took weeks to find a way to talk with anyone.
