Device Service Repair Online process - 3rd Party Cookies blocked Error

Please can anyone from the MS support team or the forum help me overcome this issue, is this a known issue?

Trying without success to submit a warranty replace/service ticket to report that my XBoxOne controller's RHS Bumper is completely not working and doesn't feel right to touch, I suspect it is likely a faulty spring mechanism.

Problem is I get to the final page of the process and encounter error "Your browser is blocking third-party cookies. Please use another device to complete this activity."

I have changed settings to allow/unblock 3rd party cookies in Edge, Google Chrome, Safari browsers on multiple devices e.g Smart phone and laptop - but this hasn't yielded any desirable outcomes.

Still having this problem today, have tried multiple support chats but nothing they suggest seems to work and it always times out anyways, Plus there always seems to be a problem whenever i try to get them to call me. Anyone have a solution to this yet?

Their service system and methods are a joke. I have received multiple broken "checked" controllers under warranty exchanges, and spent hours on the phone/trying to get the online service page to work. Firefox is the only browser I have been able to get it to work on regardless of settings on chrome, IE, edge, or safari. This was on a windows computer, I am unsure if it will work on other OS platforms. Hope this helps and Microsoft gets their **** together, this stuff costs to much money to continue having these issues and terrible customer support.

Same Issue!!! Very Frustrating!!! June 7, 2021.

I also tried Edge and IE, no luck.

I even tried it on my Android phone using the Verizon Network. --SAME ERROR

I was on a chat with Microsoft Support and he had me change a bunch of settings... This is not an issue with us, it's Microsoft's site!!!! FIX IT!!

If you cannot create the service ticket on your own, you can contact the support through Contact us | Xbox Support, they will be able to do it on your behalf!

I had tried to do that as well and encountered error message "Sorry, we're having trouble connecting you. Feel free to try again or ask another question." I will keep trying and update this thread on the outcome over the next 24hrs.

Still having the issue. Tried Chrome, Safari, Edge, my phone, even my PlayStation 4. Absolutely nothing works, it's definitely a glitch on Microsoft's end. I made a request for service in the past and it worked fine (cancelled it because it was going to take so long to get it and I couldn't afford to go three weeks without my laptop during school). Now, months later, it doesn't work. Hopefully I can eventually get this to work, but definitely going to another company (Apple, Google, HP, Dell etc.) for my next laptop.
