Device Service & Repair not working (Xbox Elite controller)

I believe they will repair or replace the grips if you send them in for service.

Here is the info on getting the elite Controller serviced.

You will put in a service request here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/devices
under your console. Change the category to Accessories and then under select issue type select Elite Controller. Then input your PID number from the controller and click create repair order.

I have the same problem, only, I cannot get MS to give me a call back, even that just says 'try again later' - I haven't got a clue what to do
