Device Service not loading

Maybe they can do it for you

- I tried yesterday and today but it didnt work

- i tried clearing my history

- i also used google chrome and safari but both didnt work

- i tried on my phone, ipad, and mac

The firs things I would suggest are trying it another day and/or refreshing the page also,

Have you tried clearing your browsers cache and cookies?

Or a different browser?

You can even try a different device if you have one.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to complete a Service order for you device.

I would first recommend using an alternate internet browser, or perhaps a different platform altogether to see if this allows you to complete your order.

If these options do not help with completing this Service order, you can
Contact Xbox Customer Support as they would be able to complete this order on your behalf.
