Hello,

i bought xbox one X in last week. It work for one day, and next day didn't send any signal via hdmi to display. I tried send it to service but i need a mailing label. When i tried to generate mailing label via "https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/devices/"
+ device number, but it freeze at "Retrieving your eligibility". When i check the console in browser it shown error "TypeError: Cannot read property 'CountryCode' of undefined".

What should i do?

Device Service and Repair Not Working

You'll need to contact Xbox Support for assistance.

They will determine the eligibility for warranty and may need a copy of your receipt for the controller.

NOTE: Xbox Accessories (controllers, elite controllers, headsets and so on just have a 90 day warranty in the US)

Xbox Support might be able to help but that $150 controller just has a 90 day warranty.

Device Service and Repair Not Working

I'm trying to get my Xbox Elite Controller repaired (it's still under warranty covered by my Xbox Elite Console)

I Put in the PID Number, then I put in my Address, but the "Choose a Service Type" page just keeps trying to load with the spinning circle and nothing comes up.

Don't have much time left on my Warranty so I would really like to get this sorted ASAP...

Alternatively, if it's only a week old, you should be able to just exchange it with the retailer you purchased it from.

Thank you for taking the time to reply to this thread.

Normally, repairs on the console are done by the Service Center. This requires you to ship up your device.

When doing this, you do not include any accessories such as cables or controller. If you are attempting to take this into a Microsoft Store, there is no guarantee that they have all the same resources the Services Center does, so yes, I
would have to recommend that you bring your accessories with you.
