Device Repair failed to add new card

I need to send my xbox for repair but every time I hit add a new payment method it extends the page but doesn't load the part to put the card info them it says failed to add new card. Is this a problem with the site?

From what you have described it does sound like your power supply has possibly failed however to confirm this I would recommend following the

Xbox Will Not Power on support guide to confirm this. If your power supply has failed you will be able to arrange a repair/replacement directly from Microsoft through
this web site, If your console does not appear just select Register new device then you should then be able to arrange the repair/replacement of your power supply.

Can you please try clearing your browsers cache information and possibly also try using an alternate browser to see if you are able to get your payment information loaded.
