Device Region

Discus and support Device Region in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I'm going to buy an Xbox One. As it isn't released in my country (and never will be) there are two Xbox One region (region 1 NTSC, region 2 PAL)... Discussion in 'XBoX on Consoles' started by mt_live, Dec 14, 2014.

    I'm going to buy an Xbox One. As it isn't released in my country (and never will be) there are two Xbox One region (region 1 NTSC, region 2 PAL)

    What's difference between them? Which one is better?

    Are Xbox One games region free?

    Trouble downloading / Installation stopped!

    0x8007000e usually is an issue with the region of your account not matching the region of your device. Check that both settings are the same and if you are unsure, try changing the region of your account (via xbox.com) to match the region set on your device.
    Once updated, power cycle the Xbox and try again,

    Region lock

    India is part of xbox regions so I would suggest you to get an xbox device in your area. Content and availability changes from region to region

    Device Region

    All but china are region free. So you can played almost all games in the world except china games. So you could buy a Japan game and played it on a PAL reagion console. Only thing is reagion locked are the DVD and BLU RAY movie and show disk.

    My country TV system is PAL. Is there any advantage in buying a region 2 device?

    I've heard region 2 servers are in Europe and provide better ping and speed for countries around there.
