    Hi,

    February, the 17th i've bought a charging dock station for Xbox Series X.

    Estimated delivery date : 2/22/2021

    Till now, no news on my order except PayPal that gave 3 times authorization for payment (17-20-23 of February)

    I already tried support chat but they didn't answer my question and gave me informations i already known (so, time lost).

    I can understand there are delays... But i don't understand why Microsoft asked 3 times PayPal.

    Can you explain why ?

    Out of stock ? (so why was it purchasable then ?)

    Payment problem ? (no news from paypal, ms or bank)

    Something goes wrong... If only, i had some mail explaining what's happening.
