    Device not working


    I have a relatively new 4k TV and year old xbox one s.

    When i start up the console. Its fine.

    but when i start up nextflix, the name netflix comes up, but then a screen comes up saying weak signal and or device is not connected properly. What do i do?

    Power cycle your console as described on the bottom of the page. Try different HDMI, try a different cable. Maybe to connect your box to
    different tv. It is important to isolate the problem. Try what people are already suggested.

    Reconnect everything HDMI 1 can also work on HDMI 2 Port or reset Xbox twice

    If the console works perfectly with games and the case happens only with netflix, I advise clearing the cache, restarting the console, would be a matter of cable if it was a general problem, hopefully, good luck!

    Maybe consider deleting and reinstalling the app, or if your TV is a smart TV you can use Netflix from the TV vs console.
