I recommend that you send in your console to be serviced.

If you haven’t yet registered your device, follow the steps in Register (or unregister) your Xbox.

If you've registered your device, sign in at Device services to see the device’s warranty status. If it’s within warranty, repairs are free. If your device
is out of warranty, you’ll be charged a repair fee.

Once you have an account, sign in to the Microsoft devices site:

You will see a list of all your devices. Can:

Select the device and then select the Register button, or

Select Register Device at the top of the page.

For both options, a Register Device pop-up opens. Enter the device serial number, check the privacy statement box, and select Confirm.

You will receive the message "Device added."

Keep in mind that giving your device a unique name helps you easily find it in the list of devices that are registered to your account. For more information about device management, see:
