    Got my husband a brand new console for Christmas. We downloaded the Netflix app and then tried to get a game but got device full message. There is 2.9 gb left on the device. The only info I see on the support forums is to clear old games...well that does
    not apply. Helpful suggestions from some adults please? (If I wanted a PS4 or a Wii, I would have bought those.)

    Brand New Xbox One Console Storage Full Glitch?

    I am having the same problem with a 360. Brand new console with nothing on it getting the device full message when I try to download. Only help I seem to get is a smart butt saying buy a ps3.

    I'm trying to download DD: Dark Arisen for my xbox 360 but every time i start the download it tells me that my device is full even though im using a brand new 32 gb flash drive with 1 game on it ( FF13 ) and its only 13 gb.

    The store that sold your mother that console has ripped her off. They sold her a
    SECOND HAND BANNED CONSOLE pretending it's a brand new one. Whoever the previous owner is, is who got the console banned. There is no reversing it.
