Register, if you have coverage request for repairs.

You can check if the warranty still shows for your device. The page should not have any bugs.
1. Sign in to account.microsoft.com/devices with your account.
2. Locate the device that you want to check the warranty on, then select Info & support.
3. In Device coverage, you'll see what kind of warranty coverage your device has and how much time is left.

You can also try use different web browser to see if you can pass where you get stuck. You can also try your PC and mobile.

You can start a repair online by selecting your Xbox from the Devices page and selecting your Xbox. Warranty coverage can also be found there. Good luck.

Sign in to account.microsoft.com/devices with your account.

Select the device that you want to check the warranty on.

In Device coverage, you'll see what kind of warranty coverage your device has and how much time is left.

Now to get service for your Microsoft device:

On account.microsoft.com/devices, you can get service for your Surface, Surface accessory, Xbox, or Xbox accessory. Here's how:

Sign in to account.microsoft.com/devices.

Select the device that needs service, then select Start order.
