    Hi, im here to Ask why when i try to reconnect my xbox controller serial code to my Microsoft Devices page it Says "We can't add your device right now. Wait a bit, then try again. If this issue persists, contact us.", i connected it yesterday but now there isnt the page

    Well you can use your Xbox game pass ultimate subscription to access the Xbox version on the cloud, you can use remote play to access it on your own personal Xbox, or you can just buy it on iOS

    In some your controller can take a few days to appear in your devices page
    Please try checking the devices page in the next 48-72 hours
    And if possible try connecting (and using) the controller to an Xbox console or PC via USB cable in the meantime

    K know what's going on if they are both logged in with the same account plugged in but saying that phone can not connect to Xbox 360

    Are you referring to connecting to connecting to it with Xbox 360 SmartGlass?

    If so, your Xbox 360 should be turned on and you should be signed into Xbox Live, then be signed into the same account on both your Xbox 360 and your smart phone, then it should be able to connect.
