    I've been having the same problem for like a month now and no amount of troubleshooting has fixed it. What will happen almost every day is my controller will begin to flash and then disconnect from the console. A second later the console will disconnect
    from the internet and it keeps on happening in this order over and over. Sometimes the controller goes on and off 4 or 5 times before I can actually do anything. Do I have to buy a whole new console?

    If multiple devices are sharing your connection, that can certainly cause issues. What happens when you run a LIVE connection test?

    Hey there MtnDEWmercenary,

    Sorry to hear about the issue with the controller and console disconnecting. Are you playing on an Xbox One or Xbox 360? What troubleshooting steps have you tried and have you tried having the controller plugged into the console directly as opposed to wirelessly?

    Well you can use your Xbox game pass ultimate subscription to access the Xbox version on the cloud, you can use remote play to access it on your own personal Xbox, or you can just buy it on iOS

    In some your controller can take a few days to appear in your devices page
    Please try checking the devices page in the next 48-72 hours
    And if possible try connecting (and using) the controller to an Xbox console or PC via USB cable in the meantime
