Device banned for harassment abuse and threats yet I haven't done any of those things

is there anyway to get my account unbanned by the xbox enforcement team, I haven't abused or threatened anyone so I really think this ban is unjust

I have had Xbox for so long and a loyal customer this is so unfair

2 Xbox bans for no reason

I was banned for harassment abuse and threats even though I wasn't abusing anyone and I also wasn't threatening anyone. I was also banned for marketplace theft, what even is marketplace theft? I haven't abused or threatened anyone online. Please contact

Ban ended but I still cant talk.

I got banned on the 9th of June until the 24th for communications and harassment abuse and threats even know I didn't do anything but call a guy a retard. I got unbanned last night and I can play games now but can't talk on any of my accounts? I just want
to know if you can't talk after you've been banned for harassment abuse and threats? I am really worried I maybe never talk inv this Xbox again I have outboard a lot of hours into this Xbox.

 

You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review if eligible. However if you have a console ban there is no case review option. Device bans are permanent and cannot be overturned.

 

so you can't do anything about a device ban that's temporary even though you didn't do anything wrong? I want proof

 

You do not get to demand proof. If you violate the
Code of Conduct then you risk having an enforcement action placed on your account and/or console.

You already agreed to this when you created your Xbox Live account.

 

Yeah well I didn't violate anything. Any bozo can be on the enforcement team. Absolute bullying.

 

Please inform us of your knowledge of how the enforcement team is selected and managed. I would really like to hear FACTUAL information, not just ranting.

 

Here's some factual information for you

- you only need to be 13+ under the requirements to be an ambassador.

To qualify for the Ambassadors program, you must:

Be at least 13 years of age or older

Have at least 1500 Gamerscore

Have no prior Enforcement actions against your account

Have an active Xbox Live Gold Membership

make sure you have all these requirements and have not been taken action on for any rule breaking in the past.

So know it all kids can be taking action on innocent gamers

Ambassadors are volunteers. We have no access to any enforcement issues or account information.

Ambassadors are here to offer knowledge and advice.

Ambassadors cannot change or fix anything on your account.

Ambassadors cannot ban or unban anyone.

Ambassadors cannot suspend anyone.
