Device Ban ended, still having troubles.

My console got banned about a week ago and the suspension should be lifted at 4th September but I still can't send messages with account with no suspensions, I cannot speak but I can hear the people in my xbox live party and can invite them to play and to
groups, I have taken a lot of steps to try and clear everything up with 5 support agents and 3 Managers/Supervisors and I haven't found a solution for my issue, every account on my console is blocked from social but when I sign in with those accounts in other
consoles, they work perfectly, this post is a solution of one of the agents because I'm also having problems to communicate with the enforcement team, also the agent tells me that maybe there's something that enforcement team didn't lift, so Hope I can fix
my issue. thanks for reading

Ban ended still banned

This might help.

Remove/delete your GT from your Xbox.

Power cycle the console by holding down the power button for 10 seconds, or until it turns off.

Restart the console, and then recover the account back onto it.

I've been told it has fixed this issue before.

Remove/delete your GT from your Xbox.

Power cycle the console by holding down the power button for 10 seconds, or until it turns off.

Restart the console, and then recover the account back onto it.

This has worked for others in the past with a similar issue.

Try this, remove your account from the console via the account settings and then add it back again. That should reset the account fix your issue.

Also, you can try a hard reset on the console by holding in the power button on the console for 10 seconds, let it turn off, then reboot.

Im having the exact same issue it ridiculous!!!

Micro$oft has went full dictator mode with the xbox one. They want to eliminate freedom of speech,and punish adults as if the adults are children. I'm all for banning modders,but the communications bans,and permanent communication
bans i have read about are ludicrous. Bans from playing multiplayer,bad rep banishment into ban rep lobbies only;it's preposterous. To add even more to that,players are still banned even when their temporary suspensions are over.

There is only one way to fight back against these private entities...with your $$$. move to PS4 and PC,their policies are much more at ease than this. Money talks complaining only squawks. This is coming from a player that has
never had enforcement action against his accounts,but I put my self in the shoes of others,who's stories I have read on the forums.

Contact support by phone and have them look to see if you still have an active ban. I've heard of an issue where the enforcement site does not show additional enforcement actions. They will not be able to tell you why but they can see if you have an active
enforcement action
