Well then what browser am I supposed to use? And also regardless of a console launch overwhelming a server a sign in page shouldn't come up when I'm already signed in nor should it boot me back to the start of the process.

Also because of the global shortage and a major launch just happened they may not be able ro proccess the order because of the lack of spare parts or consoles
