Device and Service repair for xbox controller

Hi,

I recently ask to replace my Science Lab controller due to bluetooth disconnect issue. I still have 2 weeks waranty on 3 months total. I received a confirmation email with the order no.

The email says that I will receive all the instructions in next 24 hours but nothing for an entire week so far. I look at my junk mail too and nothnig.

I should be able to look the status with my confirmation number but there's no link for this and I tried to found the link by my self without success.

I tried with my serial number and Microsoft doesn't recongnised this serial number.

What can I do now ?

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support. The best option for your case would be to get in touch with our online customer support to get an official update from their end. You will find below the link to our online support, all you need to do
is access it, click on the green button that says "contact us" and take it from there.

If the second controller works, you may need to replace the first controller. Go to

Device service and repair, sign in with your Microsoft account, then select
Replace an accessory. If both controllers disconnect often, your console may need service. Go to

Device service and repair, sign in with your Microsoft account, register your Xbox if it doesn’t already appear there, then select
Request repair.

Controller includes a warranty, Follow these steps to request the service:

Sign in to the Device service and repair page with your Microsoft account credentials.

Select the device that you want repaired.

Follow the onscreen steps to complete your service order request.

Hi

I think when you are in the Device Service & Repair web page if you select your Xbox One console then select the accessories and controller option you should be able to enter the controller serial number here.

Thank you for taking the time to reply to this thread.

Normally, repairs on the console are done by the Service Center. This requires you to ship up your device.

When doing this, you do not include any accessories such as cables or controller. If you are attempting to take this into a Microsoft Store, there is no guarantee that they have all the same resources the Services Center does, so yes, I
would have to recommend that you bring your accessories with you.
