Developers not delivering what is promised

Im a player of destiny 2. Bungie makes a lot of promises to players and they very rarely deliver. The game looks great the new campaign is good. However the items and rewards in the game are literally all basically gambling because the only way to get
them is if you are lucky. So many people have complained on bungie forums about issues and bugs in the game and not getting rewards included with this new expansion. I feel as a console supporting the developler and allowing their title to be abailable on
your console microsoft ahould hold these developers to a higher standard. When a player purchases a video game it should work correctly. Minor issues should and always will be expected. However all these large game breaking bugs that developers take thier
sweet time to address is unaccectable as a paying customer. I do bot fo purchase the newest TV from a store and return home to plug it in and find out if doesnt work. If i contact the store they dont tell me i have to wait months for an update to finally be
able to use thw product i purchased. Microsoft should be the liason between players and developers holding them accountable for thw product they deliver.

And I am investigating why. a multi billion dollar international corporation stole 60 dollars out of my bank account 2 weeks ago without delivering what was promised. Sorry for your frustration!

We should notify video game journalists about this so they can further report the failure of Microsofts policies.

It is best to send these concerns to Bungie/Activision. They develop, distribute and maintain the game.

Xbox is just the platform on which it runs.

 

I understand your frustration.

Unfortunately, buggy and poorly developed products wind up on all platforms and operating systems. Microsoft and (dare I write it?) Apple are the two most thorough and stringent: when it comes to products available through their stores.

As with your TV analogy, you can request a refund from Microsoft for the game, but it may be too late at this point.

If it is too late, your only option is to deal with Bungie to try to resolve the bugs. And, stop giving them your money if you don’t like what they’re doing. If people keep buying what they’re selling, they’re going to keep creating and selling more of the
same.
