well I guarantee that all those skins are already on the disc, if they are then that is seriously immoral of them, we should get all of the content on the disc at point of sale, even if we have to play the game to unlock it. I don't mind brand new dlc 3
months down the line but this day one rubbish has to stop. till this changes I will be purchasing carefully from now on.

 

Unfortunately this game was doomed before all of this DLC content hoo-ha.

 

I would give it the 50/50 treatment. Half are achievement,status and commuittey rewards. Other half are opional skins.

 

I haven't really kept up with any of the DLC.

But what I do know is that i'm really enjoying the game itself.

I could care less about cosmetic junk, as shady as they may be. Turtlerock made a fun game haha.

 

In the old forums ,

LostKause , was a defender of Cod map packs rise of 50% , when they went from 800 to 1200 m/s points.

Lord dirt , was a defender of Gow Judgement being half a game , unless you paid for the season pass.

As long as defenders defend them , publishers will continue to do it.

 

TheSilverTash, first of all who are you? Second, no I never once stated anything in regards to CoD Maps. I don't play CoD nor have I ever bought one CoD Map. Honestly wouldn't even care if CoD Maps were free or $1000.



And 800/ 1200 is not 50% lol...

I never said you bought Cod maps , That however did not stop you posting in threads about it .

I seem to recall posts about rising utilities , empoyee salaries etc .

800 to 1200 is a rise of 400 .

400 is 50 % of 800 .

Therefore the price rose by 50%.

NO way do I expect you to conceed you took part in that thread , defending price rises .

 

Like a lot of info floating around about this game, the $136 mark is wrong, there's actually around $60 of cosmetic DLC up on the store

 

Even so, that's $60 for stuff that should be with the game as default as unlockables.

Which part do they lie about, the amount of dlc or the price?

They say 44 pieces at $3-$7 each no way that can only be $60

Either way i agree with farscape, it should be free as unlockables.

 

I agree with the OP. They are charging for stuff that used to be an achievement and free for a game you payed 60.00$ for. Dun care if it doesn't affect gameplay but...check DA Inquisition. If u don't buy their platinum bars then it's almost impossible to
beat a lvl without killers that did buy it...they won't let u play with the character u built. Unless you buy it...p

 

I'm guessing the info came from Polygon, who, surprise surprise, got their facts wrong again, and counted the skin packs and individual skins as different items, and yes, its 60 moolah worth of cosmetic DLC that in a perfect world should've been part of
the game, but, given how this kind of thing is becoming common practice nowadays(and again, i don't agree with it!), and has been for some time, the fact that future game modes and maps will be free, makes it easier to swallow than a lot of other DLC practices
