Developer settings?

Ok these settings were discovered a few years back with a button combination sequence both bumpers and triggers on the controller question is why would these settings be hidden in the console or be there if they don't turn the console into a dev kit like
the app would a lot of people are probably going to mess their consoles up with those in the process

Yes you have the ability to turn you Console on a dev kit. But you need a different account to be a developer.

But not using those settings right But the app and you'll need a different account apart from your gamertag and plus while in dev mode you won't be able to play your games and apps but update them?

Thanks for coming to the forums. If you did activate the dev mode, you do need to sign up and such. The easiest fix would try a

soft factory reset. You can also look over how to
de-activate developer mode. If it is activated, the games may not work.

Prices on the marketplace are set by the developers and not Microsoft. So the developers usually set everything at MSRP.
