Developer Playlist Won't Recognise Season Pass

When attempting to play the Developer Playlist in Gears of War 4, the game does not read the Season Pass, and does not allow me to play the Developer Playlist. I still get weekly bounty packs, I still have all previous maps and skins from the Season Pass,
but I can no longer access the Developer Playlist. I have attempted to contact "Xbox Support", but they have not been able to help, and have referred me to "the forums". So, I came here and looked through the posts and found this:

This seems to be an issue for several others, and they're getting no more help than I am. It looks like this guy here has gotten the worst of it:

So, we'd appreciate some assistance. I'm going to take it upon myself to throw this post everywhere I can until something is done because not only did the game have a shaky launch, is still putting out mediocre content, and is now denying Season Pass owners
access to the games content... I should expect some concern on The Coalition's end.

No card packs after buying Gears 4 season pass in the in game store

I bought the Gears 4 season pass yesterday and i haven't gotten any of the card packs or characters that the description of the purchase describes. I got the maps and am able to play the developer playlist but that's all. My reference number is 2402896118.
Please help me

No puedo jugar nuketown/ I cant play nuketown

I believe nuketown playlist has been removed. It may still be possible to join an mp game on the map in a different playlist but only if every player in the match has it.

As for zombies, that is actually a different download given to season pass holders. You ill need to buy the season pass to play nuketown zombies.

I hope your right, they have put so much into supporting Gears 3 with weekend events, Alpha playlists. That I hope they keep it coming, and if they offer a season pass 2 I will be getting that one too.

This happening to me too, i have the season pass although the Horde command command pack worked for me it doesn't work for ramms's shadow for me and it doens't recognise that I have the season pass and it says I have to pay 1200msp for Raams's shadow
