    Developer Account Invoice missing


    Hi, a week ago I created a Developer Account for publishing Apps to Microsoft Store and paid 99$

    I didn't recieve any invoice. There is also no menu like "billing" showing up in the partner center.

    In the menu User mangement the button "Sign in with Microsoft Entra ID" is also not working.

    Is your account set up as a personal account? If so, there's usually not an option to change invoices to someone else.

    you will have to select the Phone or Microsoft Support Chat options on the link supplied by M3tal Daz3 you can also use the following link which will show the phone number for Xbox Support (or an call back request option) be sure to double check the country
