Dev mode fails to launch

I've been using dev mode at for a while with no real problems. I brought my console over to my brother's house so I could show people the game I've been working on,but now suddenly my console will no longer boot into dev mode.

If I unplug the console for a minute it will boot into retail mode, which seems to be working fine. But when I activate dev mode, it resets, but then gives me a screen that says:

"Something went wrong"

with an option to restart or troubleshoot, and a system error of E200 00000074 00000000

It constantly hits this error no matter how many times I try to reboot. I can unplug it and boot it back into retail mode, but it simply will not boot into dev mode anymore. I don't want to try the option to reset the console because I suspect it would delete
my game, and I didn't bring my laptop so I can't upload my game back onto my console without going home.

Any idea what the problem is here? Is this just how dev mode acts whenenver I am on a different network than where I installed the game from? Is there some update in the works? Why can't I get into dev mode?

EDIT: Before someone brings it up, I find it highly unlikely that something in my game is creating the error, unless this is happening to a lot of other people. I'm making my game in Unity and my latest version wasn't adding any kind of special code that
one might suspect could impact this.

I did also upload a second game that was even smaller and earlier in development, also Unity, but unless there is a problem with having two games on the hard drive I doubt this could be related.

category for these types of issues.

First please congrates on testing your game build .(when you get it to work). Resetting the console will not delete your game build though I would recommend having it backed up.

You don't need to reset the console as when you unplugged it to take it over - technically it did a reset then.

Have you connected your Xbox to his internet as this can make a difference based on your home settings between where you made the build and loaded it to your xbox.

It is connected to the network, but I don't know what kind of settings to check.

And by "reset" I mean the factory reset; it is one of the options under the troubleshooting menu. It says it would try to deleted "corrupted data" that could be causing a problem.

I have yet to play this game and most likely ever will after I heard of the failed launch along with other dirty practices from the devs.

There is such a function in Dev mode.

It is possible to use a virtual machine in Dev Mode.
