    If one has the dev-kit and has somehow managed to decrypt the xbox could they run a game's code on pretending that the game is a work in progress game on the xbox whilst in dev mode and cheat(would that require modifications to the games code not including the "cheats" that are already being added). Also if they decrypted the xbox couldnt they also run an xbox vm and do the same thing but on better hardware like a pc with a 3080 instead of whatever graphics card in in the xbox or would the xbox decline the use of the different hardware. Another question I have is if they decrypted the xbox couldn't they modify the files that say that the xbox cannot use the different hardware; another thought rd to that is even if xbox servers have a way of detecting such changes couldn't the advanced user still spoof the original hardware.

    I don't want to know if it is legal. I know that it is not in accordance with the agreement. I want to know if it is possible and how xbox can keep people from doing it.

    Like I mentioned you won't receive that kind of answer from Microsoft, as this could mislead people and it's not part of what it's intended with the program
