[Deutsch & English] New Xbox One X with Controller doesn't work properly

Hello there,

I have a brand new One X here, just a few days old. And I already have major struggles with it. I used the free 14 day membership of the gamepass and downloaded Sea of Thieves. Well, everything worked out well till yesterday. The download stopped at the
very end, at about 91%. The Controller isn't working anymore. It doesn't connect to the console. If I'm lucky it works for 4-5 seconds so I can turn the console off. Yes, I also tested it with a usb cable. The controller just keeps blinking. Also with that
what happened yesterday, I can't even connect to Xbox Live anymore. It happened all at once. Yes, I gave the console a port on my router. So that the NAT-Type was OPEN. Signal quality 100%. Like I said everything worked fine untill yesterday where these things
stopped working all at once. Out of nowhere. I'm so angry right now!

What can I do now ??

Ich habe hier eine brandneue One X, nur ein paar Tage alt. Und ich habe schon große Probleme damit.
Ich habe die kostenlose 14-tägige Mitgliedschaft für den Gamepass genutzt und Sea of Thieves heruntergeladen.
Nun, bis gestern hat alles gut geklappt. Der Download wurde am Ende mit ca. 91% gestoppt.
Der Controller funktioniert jetzt aber nicht mehr richtig. Er stellt keine Verbindung zur Konsole mehr her.
Mit Glück funktioniert er für ca. 4-5 Sekunden, sodass ich die Konsole ausschalten kann.
Ja, ich hab es auch mit einem USB-Kabel getestet. Der Controller blinkt einfach weiter.
Mit dem, was gestern passiert ist, kann ich mich auch gleichzeitig nicht mehr mit Xbox Live verbinden.
Es ist alles auf einmal passiert. Ja, ich habe der Konsole einen Port an meinem Router gegeben.
So, dass der NAT-Typ OFFEN ist. Signalqualität 100%.
Wie gesagt, alles funktionierte gut bis gestern, wo alles auf einmal nicht mehr funktionierte.
Aus dem Nichts.

Was soll ich jetzt machen ??

che ti aiuta, ma se hai problemi tecnici della console forse dovresti vedere anche dal rivenditore dove l'hai comprato

I chatted with a Xbox Expert. We came to the conclusion that I have to send it back.

Now since I can't do ANYTHING with the controller, when turning on the console I still get logged in.

How can I delete my account from the console ?

I tried everything. Even the factory reset with a USB. It's an unresponsive piece of tech.

I can remove my memberships and payment methods via a PC. So that's at least something I can do.

But I don't want any worker logging in in my account.

Can you help me ?

Because you are having a variety of issues which are also very technical. I would advise you to get into contact with Xbox Support and explain to them all fo the issues you are having. I'm confident that they will be able to guide you in the right direction
to resolve all of your issues.

Where did you purchase the Xbox One X console from? If none of the controllers are syncing even when you use a cable, that seems extremely odd. Do the controllers at least work properly when they are plugged in to the console via a wire? If the controllers
are working on your old Xbox, but not the new one then it doesn't seem like they'd need to be updated either.
