    I own the above game on disc - works great.

    After buying the Season Pass, however, I was unable to download any of the content. Xbox Support tell me this was due to my membership of the preview programme?

    I got the pass refunded but I still want it! Any ideas please?

  5. I have the same issues, but I am NOT in the preview program. I went to my local GameStop and picked up my pre-order copies of both the game and the Season Pass the Day 1 content and the Season Pass was added to my account just fine and I was able to download
    and install the Day 1 Edition content, but I can't play it till tomorrow to know for sure those DLC's are working fine, due to the updates and how late I got home. My Season Pass is showed as owned, but I can't download and install any of the benefits. If
    I attempt to go to the Season Pass page it says "You own this product" but there's no manage button, so I go ok that's odd, so next I go to the game itself under my games and apps then I went to the ready to install list under the game page itself and none
    of the Season Pass stuff were there. I tried next to go to the store pages of each of the DLC's individually and they all want me to pay for them. I really think this is BS, and I own both a PS4 and an Xbox One with different games on each and I have pretty
    similar problems with pre-orders on both platforms, but all of the problems have one thing in common the pre-order DLC. Problems include but are not limited to content not being added to the in game ways to acquire the content correctly, unable to download
    and install them, because of some issue with something in the system, the pre-order code was not activated by the publisher yet, and other various issues that have to do with pre-order DLC. I would recommend contacting Xbox Support if you haven't yet, I did
    and the guy could not help me, so he pushed me up to the higher up support where they will investigate things and hopefully be able to provide a resolution.

    I have the same problem and i'm not in the preview program too. I pre ordered it directly at the xbox shop.

    There are the same problems other discribed already, when i go to the shop it tells me i own the season pass, but in the "my games & apps" app is no season pass listed and of course i got no stuff from the Season pass ingame.

    Unfortunately i can't tell it to the Support yet, i will do it in the next few days.

    Hey all -

    For your consumable items, in-game, open your inventory then go to the gun icon. Press LT to open your storage and then you should see your items available for transfer from storage to inventory. Do note that those items are single use only, however.

    Weapons, skins, and augmentations are durable content and are NOT one-time use and should be automatically available in all your playthroughs.

    Let us know if that helps or if you are still experiencing issues!

    @Miss Bijoux I understand that and have already checked, none of the Season Pass content packs are there. I have already contacted the publisher and they blame it on you guys/gals for not distributing the content correctly. I contacted Microsoft Support
    twice and was finally told it was being looked into, but to be honest I'm not exactly sure the agent knew what she was doing, so could you please look into this for us?

  10. Hey everyone I do got some semi good news and it's NOT a fix, but in fact a more official response in terms of this issue. On the link I am adding to the near bottom of this post if you scroll down to comment #23 the player received a response to his/her
    issue which is the same Season Pass issue we are all discussing and it seems Square Enix is working on a fix with Microsoft, so hopefully we should be able to play with the Season Pass extras soon.

    As a little added proof here is the response the player received from Square Enix Support.

    "We are aware that some players are affected by this issue and are currently working together with Microsoft to resolve this as soon as possible.

    We thank you for your patience in this matter.

    I mean it is possible it could be fake for those that want to question it, but I really don't think so, since I heard a similar response from Microsoft over a phone call to Support. Now I did have doubts till now, because I felt that the Agent wasn't understanding
    the problem nor seemed to actually know anything about how the Season Pass content stuff in general works (not that I am blaming her personally, but maybe Microsoft should train their employees better or something). After a long discussion it seemed she did
    some research and talked about something that they were looking into it and hoped to have a fix soon, but I was doubtful since we had a massive confusion at the beginning, but the response the player received from Square Enix does seem to back up what the
    Support Agent I talked to said.

  12. Hey there fellow Xbox Members got some GOOD news I think it's fixed now, I haven't tried in game to see if the consumables are there, but the Tactical & Assault packs are now showing in the "Ready To Install" list for Deus Ex Mankind Divided. I HIGHLY recommend
    that anybody before even going to the games page just to do a simple power cycle to clear any leftover cache issues that can occur with the game if you don't do so. You can find out how to do so here:

    After doing so if you go to "My Games & Apps" on the Xbox Dashboard and then press the menu button on the Deus Ex Mankind Divided page on your games list after pressing the menu or for us more retro players the pause
    button, hit the "Manage" button which appears on a small menu that will appear that applies only to the specified title. Then under the "Ready To Install" list on the left side of the screen you should see 2 DLC packs titled "Deus Ex Mankind Divided Assault
    Pack" & "Deus Ex Mankind Divided Tactical Pack" these are currently the only 2 DLC packs you actually need to install and if my information serves correctly the consumables should automatically appear in storage upon starting your save again. Good Luck, Have

    Glad to hear it's all better for you now! If anyone else is having additional trouble with specific content let us know, there a few different paths that need to be taken in order to receive all season pass content. Keep in mind that o Booster Packs and
    Chipsets are granted in Breach Mode. Once you complete the tutorial (called “Network 0” in the game), you should get all the notifications about them.

    Keep us updated if you're still having trouble.
