Deus Ex: Mankind Divided release date wrong in the store.

I just checked the digital store and it says its been pushed back to 10/18/16 as of today. Today is the release day. Every physical store will or already has started releasing it at 11 pm tonight. People are already playing it on Twitch right now. Am I to
believe people will be allowed to play it if they buy it physically but digital owners must wait for two months? If this is legit, its illegal. I have tried contacting Xbox Customer Support and they all tell me its 10/18/16....but that cannot be correct. They
can't call every store in America and stop them in 9 hours.

You CANNOT push back the release date less than 24 hours of its release.

 

I contacted support and let them know of the problem since I'm having the same problem.. They said it still comes out today

 

I started playing it at just past midnight so it definitely is released on the 23rd digitally.

Probably just a glitch on the store.

What's happening? Can we wait for a fix coming soon?

 

Same problem in Germany, and I cant start the digital version.

 

Odd,i'm in the U.K. & have been playing the digital version no problem.

 

Any way I reach out to the store I find the release date of october 19th. Even the Microsoft Store. And this blocks my version for some reason to start. No workaround either. tried every thinkable way.

 

I think I found the reason for the problem. At least in my case. I got a key for the game (review code), which is only for the game, without any additional content. The standard digitial edition and the deluxe digital edition are the only available ones
to purchase and seem to be playable. but only the game excluding any packages has the other release date (which is still faulty and not ok) at least it seems to be the reason for the problem

 

Same problem this morning, I can't launch the game....

 

I had the same problem. Gave me an error code. Said I didn't own the game even though I had played it already. I talked to Support and they sent me to commerce.microsoft.com. Turns out my pre order had never gone through despite my ability to download
it. So my advice is if you get the error message saying you don't own the game, check the site to verify you do in fact own it. I even went to check my bank account to make sure it wasn't an error on their part. I wasn't charged for the game on my original
purchase date. As for the microsoft website saying it isn't out until Oct. That's an error.

 

Game is always blocked tonight, is there anybody here who can help us ?

I contacted the support by chat, they told me the release date is 19/10.

I send them the link to others editions available on the store now and they keep saying that I need to wait for the release in October...

As Daft Badger says, I think it's just a glitch in the store but we need some help...
