Deus Ex: Mankind Divided missing Day One and Season Pass content

I bought the Digital Deluxe version and I'm missing some content. I've checked the "Manage Game" and "Ready to Install" ares and can confirm I have the three "Covert Agent Packs" but that is all I have. I'm missing the Day One Digital Novel, Digital Comic,
Digital art book and Soundtrack Sampler. I've been told these items are normally redeemed by registering a code in the game case (which I don't have being a digital copy) on the Square Enix site. I'm also missing the Season Pass in game items, the pass includes
2 missions that come at a later date plus the following items, which are stated to be available starting August 23rd...

4 Praxis kits

5000 credits

1000 crafting materials

5 Breach Booster Packs

20 Breach chipsets.

All of these items show in the Xbox store for me, but not that I own any of them, however it does show I own the Season Pass.

Didn't receive my Deus Ex Mankind Divided purchase bonus codes

Preordered Deus Ex Mankind Divided at the beginning of august and still haven't received codes for Deus Ex: Human Revolution and The Missing Link Add-on.

Hi there,

I found out a way to redeem the digital content, it actually doesn't require redeeming any codes. Here's what you need to do:

1. Sign up at the Square Enix website

2. Link it to your XBL account

3. Launch the game and in the main menu there's an option to add the game to your SE account (it's just called SQUARE ENIX)

4. You'll get an email with the links to the content. It will be also in your profile on the SE site.

The additional items, like Praxis kits, etc. can be found within the game - just open your inventory and press the left trigger when in it - it will open a 'stash' menu where you can claim the bonuses.

BE AWARE: it's one time use only, so if you'll be doing a second playthrough, you won't be able to grab it again.

 

I'll try that for the digital Content later. I did check my Inventory Storage and while I have a few items it's not everything. I do not have the majority of the Season Pass in game items. No Breach packs/chipsets, no Assault or Tactical Pack, etc. I have
the Covert Agent packs, but the Tactical and Assault packs which contain the custom skinned Tranq rifle, Battlerifle and the Chaff and Micro Assembler Augs, etc. are not there.

 

Wow, really? Did the additional packs download for you? I had the same on day one, but yesterday when I went to 'Manage game' in the dashboard, the packs appeared ready to download. See if it's there for you, I've seen on other forums that they had a delay
in adding them to the marketplace.

Anyway, not the perfect launch and the bonus perks for the game being only for a one-time use is a bit of a kick in the nuts.

 

Yes those are the Covert Agent Packs, there are 3 of them. Those were Preorder Bonuses, the packs I'm talking about are supposed to be included In the Season Pass.

Covert Agent Packs - each of the 3 contains a costume and weapon + ammo

The Assault and Tactical packs have custom skinned weapons, ammo and an Aug in each....they are in the Marketplace but it wants me to pay for them, they were supposed to come in the season pass.

Got the Digital Books and OST sampler, so that takes care of the preorder items, now just to figure out where the Season Pass content is.

 

I'm also missing the Season Pass content. I've got my covert pack stuff, but no Tactical or Assault pack.

 

I'm missing the agent packs too, and also the weapons from the additional packs which I purchased
