Deus Ex: Mankind Divided - How do I access my Covert Agent Pack?

ok looks like they fixed it cause i now have 3 packs in my ready to install tab now they just gotta patch the micro transactions

 

Yeah it looks like it's fixed: Here's what I did: Go to manage game for DE:MD then go to 'ready to install' and the 3 packs should come up ready for download

 

I had 3 packs available for download as well..I'm pretty sure those are the 3 "Covert Agent Packs", so cross those off the list. I'm still missing everything else...the Season Pass In-game Items, and the media (digital books, soundtrack sampler etc)

 

Well, I've finished the game. I pre-ordered a day one edition disc from Amazon. I was then directed to Primagames (??) to create an account and input a code to download some artwork. The paper insert in the game box gave me another 18 digit code to input
into my square enix account where I may have retrieved a 25 digit code to input into my xbox one account. I still have no idea where my covert agent pack is, or whether or not the extra mission "desperate measures" has been downloaded.I remember in the good
old days (2000)where you unpacked a game disc,chucked it into your machine and away you went, without having to scale a mountain of guano to gain dlc that you don't need or want, or not to receive dlc that you do. If anyboby out there can help me locate my
covert agent pack, before I attempt another play through or kill myself , I'd be very grateful.
