ok looks like they fixed it cause i now have 3 packs in my ready to install tab now they just gotta patch the micro transactions

Yeah it looks like it's fixed: Here's what I did: Go to manage game for DE:MD then go to 'ready to install' and the 3 packs should come up ready for download

I had 3 packs available for download as well..I'm pretty sure those are the 3 "Covert Agent Packs", so cross those off the list. I'm still missing everything else...the Season Pass In-game Items, and the media (digital books, soundtrack sampler etc)

Well, I've finished the game. I pre-ordered a day one edition disc from Amazon. I was then directed to Primagames (??) to create an account and input a code to download some artwork. The paper insert in the game box gave me another 18 digit code to input
into my square enix account where I may have retrieved a 25 digit code to input into my xbox one account. I still have no idea where my covert agent pack is, or whether or not the extra mission "desperate measures" has been downloaded.I remember in the good
old days (2000)where you unpacked a game disc,chucked it into your machine and away you went, without having to scale a mountain of guano to gain dlc that you don't need or want, or not to receive dlc that you do. If anyboby out there can help me locate my
covert agent pack, before I attempt another play through or kill myself , I'd be very grateful.

Hey everyone!

Just wanted to drop in and let everyone know that this issue should be cleared up. If you haven't already, please visit the "Manage Game" option under Deus Ex from the "Games & Apps" section of your Xbox One. Make sure you have the add-ons installed and
if not, manually download them from there.

All consumables should be in your in-game "storage". The augmentation "Chaff" should unlock immediately at the beginning of your game while Micro-Assembler will unlock after you finish a quest that takes you to see Koller in a Prague mission.

Booster Packs and Chipsets are granted in Breach Mode. Once you finish the tutorial (called “Network 0” in the game), you should get all the notifications about them. Let us know how it goes

I had the same issue. I changed my mind partway in, decided to go nonlethal, and bought this pack basically to get a tranquilizer rifle because I couldn't find one.

Never got the rifle, can't find the augmentation.

Contracted Square Enix and Eidos support, no response yet

The only thing in my "Manage Game" menu is the Main game, and Desperate Measures DLC mission. No covert packs, digital books, or Soundtrack Sampler (it seems like these things would require a DLC code). Also none of the Season Pass in game items are showing
up (praxis kits, Breach packs/chipsets, assault pack, tactical pack) those items show up for purchase, but not as of I own them.

this is not an issue of misplace the download page or not seeing the dlc it's a problem with the codes we were given by enix i'm guessing they didnt get rid of all that augment your pre-order code in they're unlock keys. friend of mine downloaded the covert
pack first and he cant get the mission dlc same for me but in reverse. Enix has a lot to answer for after their micro transactions are eating peoples money (cause if you buy praxis or credits and dont save right after you will lose them if you reload an older
save so you basically just burned money) and the day one bonus are messed
