Deus Ex: Mankind Divided: didn't get the Day One content

Hi!

I pre-ordered Deus Ex: Mankind Divided and I was promised a copy of Human Revolution + The Missing Link. I didn't receive the codes for it. Moreover, I'm still missing a code I can redeem for the media (Digital Novella, Comic Book, Art Book and OST Sampler).

Can anyone help with it? I triple checked the message centre and my hotmail but no sign of it.

I'm missing the same content , as well as the rest of the promised in game content that's supposed to be included with the Season Pass

 

Okay, I got the digital content (Digital Novella, Comic Book, Art Book and OST Sampler), you need to do as follows:

1. Sign up at the Square Enix website

2. Link it to your XBL account

3. Launch the game and in the main menu there's an option to add the game to your SE account

4. You'll get an email with the links to the content. It will be also in your profile on the SE site.

Still, I'm missing Human Revolution + The Missing Link. Microsoft, help!

 

Still no code for Human Revolution. Guess this was my first and last time I made a pre-order via XBL Marketplace, will stick to retail as I always did. I feel tricked and I overpaid. Thanks MS :/

contact support. They can look in to your account and determine which version of the game you purchased. Thanks for understanding!
